We will be holding a mini recruitment day on the 8th July in our Manchester restaurant, where applicants will have an opportunity to meet the team and have one on one interviews. GAUCHO are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Waiter / Food Runner to join our ##teamdescriptiont## team! The ideal Commis Waiter / Food runner candidates will be eager to learn, have a positive attitude and want to grow within the company. They will work well within a team and be happy to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities of the GAUCHO Commis Waiter / Food runner 

• To adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures 

• To provide back up service to all the service operations 

• Ensure that tables are cleared and cleaning and reset during service 

• To ensure that the bus stations are kept fully stocked and set for service 

• Act as a role model to all new employees by showing a positive approach to your job role 

• To ensure we are striving to make every guest a repeat guest by achieving the cycle of service every time 

 
Requirements for GAUCHO Commis Waiter / Food Runner 

• A good level of English 

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude 

• Friendly, approachable and has a genuine passion for hospitality 

• Team player
