Key responsibilities of a GAUCHO Barback 

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar. 

• Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required. 

• Stock rotation 

• To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule 

• Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service and great guest experience 

• To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
